For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a HOPE."
In every season, we believe that there is HOPE that will bring light and truth into your situation. Jesus Christ is our HOPE and His promises to us are full of life. Elevate Hope Center exists to help individuals find inner healing and freedom through pastoral care, Hope Groups, and Sozo Inner Healing sessions. It is open to anyone who is willing and ready to live the life of freedom that was intended for them.
We understand that your situation and needs are unique. At times, it is difficult to know where to begin. Our pastoral care team is here to help guide you with biblical direction for your situation.
Our Hope Groups are specifically catered to help you bring freedom and wholeness to a particular area in your life. For more information on joining a group, please fill out the form below and a team member will contact you shortly.

What is Sozo?
Sozo is a ministry for inner healing and deliverance. It is the Greek word for “Saved, Healed, and Delivered”, the full package Jesus Christ offers to each of us as believers!
What should I expect during my appointment time?
This ministry is not counseling, but a time of prayer that works towards exposing the root of things that hinder our connection to Father God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. You will meet with our trained team members who will guide you through your personal process.
