As we start a new year, there's no better time to seek the Lord for direction and purpose. It's easy to fall into a stagnancy in our faith walk, but through prayer and fasting, God is able to shake us up and give us new dreams, vision, & revelation.
This year, as we pray and fast together, we are joining with others across the world in believing for God to bring a lasting change that must first begin with us.

WHAT IS FASTING?
Simply put, fasting is not dieting; it is refraining from food for a spiritual purpose.
Fasting is a biblical way to truly humble yourself in the sight of God. King David said, "I humbled myself through fasting..." (Psalm 35:13). Fasting can restore the loss of our "first love" as we genuinely desire a deeper intimacy with Jesus and the knowledge of God's perfect will.
